This is a painting based on the work of Gaugin. The Beginning of All Theory is about the start of the idea of visual art being transformed into text and the problems that come with it. Nowadays there is more space and interest for the theoretic side of visual art. It all started somewhere. This is really a diptych, a large painting and a small painted piece of carved wood on top.
