ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Local water holes are secret in the Far North Queensland Australia. In the summer months, it's too humid to paint with oils and if you are painting it's in an air-conditioned studio with acrylic paints. The Blue hole is a serene haven in the steaming tropics. The colours heightened, and the light is sparkling. The concentration Blues and greens are Pthalo and Cobalt Turquoise from Atelier.
