ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I spent the summer in Europe and it gave me an opportunity to view the U.S. through the eyes of Europeans. I was constantly being asked 'why" Americans voted for our current President and what is the American love affair with guns, etc. Those questions inspired this painting. A man ponders the future - his and ours.
