Andrea Marchesini nasce a Verona nel dicembre del 1973, compie studi scientifico-umanistici. Fin dall’adolescenza mostra interesse per una cultura europea soprattutto in campo artistico. Perfeziona le sue conoscenze a Londra, Dublino, Barcellona e Roma. Nel corso della sua attività artistico/pittorica ha esposto a Vicenza, Venezia, Padova, Limena, Verona, Milano, Torino, Roma, Bologna, Firenze, Genova, Londra, Madrid, Seul, New York, Amburgo, Stoccarda e ai Magazzini del Sale durante la 57.ma Biennale di Venezia A novembre 2017 riceve un premio internazionale della critica d’arte ad Hong Kong. Nella sua pittura emergono elementi astratto-espressionisti, la cui forza segnica richiama la formazione sui modelli del passato. L’energia comunicativa esplode nelle alternanze e sovrapposizioni coloristiche, dove i tracciati interiori s’impongono sulla esteriorità della pittura attraverso la sinterizzazione sostanziale del gesto energico. Pittura d’emozione, gestuale, forte e decisa, predisposta ad affascinare lo sguardo dello spettatore. Tra il 2019 e il 2020 espone al Museo Casa dei Carraresi Treviso, alla Galleria Ess&rre porto turistico di Roma, ad Artender Alassio, all’ Atelier Gianni Di Muro Alassio; e al Museo di Palazzo Oddo Albenga.
