These works have taken the best part of a decade to conceive, rationalize, and plan and about an hour to execute. Taking influences from the Buddhist calligraphy practices involved in drawing the Enzo, a symbol of all and nothing the universe and much other. I wanted to create a reverse Enzo, a where the form is created in masking fluid with the ink or paint over the top and the reverse of the painting is the primary surface, these are all created on handmade imported Chineese calligraphy paper in a traditional Buddhist yellow colour.

As a multidisciplinary artist, I draw inspiration from the wild spirits of the natural world to create works that challenge traditional boundaries. My practice spans various mediums, including vintage cameras, painting, printmaking, and sculpture. My sculptural work uses found objects to create surreal and imaginative landscapes that evoke a sense of mystery and wonder. My passion for exploring the beauty of imperfection is reflected in my paintings, where I incorporate bold colours and expressive brushstrokes to capture the essence of the natural world. Ultimately, my work invites the viewer to connect with the wildness in us all and embrace the unknown.
