The picture shows a spring garden with warm and bright colors of purple and pink massifs. Established in 1992, the Garden of the Giverny Impressionism Museum is the result of the complementary work of architect Philippe Robert, who matched the garden lines with the lines of the museum building, and landscape designer Mark Rudkin, entrusted with the task of flowering and chartering of flower beds. This front garden, located a few meters from Monet's gardens, stands out with its orderly and modern design. The central avenue separates different monochrome rooms (pink, yellow, blue, black and white). Hedges consist of emerald thuja and beech cuttings, and the massifs are characterized by a two-year and one-year transition, promising flowering from April to October. A pink garden that combines both soft, vibrant shades leads guests to the foot of the Giverny hill. I realized this image on the spot. What a pleasure to paint in such a beautiful environment in Normandy.

Faithful to nature - this is how Anna Kropiowska's painting could be described in a few words. This does not mean that his paintings are copies. It is rather a spontaneous jet of a sensation, and emotion... The light is perfectly mastered and full of perennial effects, it becomes an energy carrier that makes animated paintings and full of flavour. The relevance of the touch, flexible, but determined, sometimes allies with the impudence of the colours, sometimes rivals with it, to give a fairy world, and yet more real than nature. Anna Kropiowska paints directly on the motif, her favourite subjects being the landscapes captured at the moment. Her creative attitude organizes the space with a frank and sincere desire of enjoyment and pleasure of the eyes.
