"The island Yesterday & the island Tomorrow" Painting

Aldona Zając - artist born in Łowicz, Poland. I received a diploma at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz, the Faculty of Graphic Arts under supervision of Prof. Jerzy Grabowski in 1991. I work as an instructor of drawing and painting in Lowicz Cultural Centre. I'm mainly involved in graphic, painting and drawing. I participated in group exhibitions organized by the Artists Association in Lodz, as well as individual exhibitions. My works are in private collections in the country and abroad. My interests are mainly connected with the human and their nature. 'Women in the Interior ' comes from the last several years. The author, and thinking of human bodies wants to show the truth deeply hidden in the feelings. I'm searching for the truth hidden undercover of colours the dynamics of giving the livid colours. The living form, the choice of the colours makes people to think that they are in extraordinary shining form. With this choice I'm resulting in many different moods. In my paintings there is jealousy, happiness, love, sincerity, courage and intimacy. All my works are packed in extremely strong emotions. The people shown in the paintings are sometimes lonely, having their own separate world that only sometimes is like the world we all know. I often think of different art forms like music and dance. In this way I widen the area of feelings and make people to perceive the world in many different dimensions.
