Adia Elora Rothschild is a multidisciplinary artist and CEO known for her innovative approach across the arts, fashion, music, and multimedia production. She lives and works in New York City, where she leads Zygote Studios LLC and the luxury brand House of Elora. Over her two-decade career, Rothschild has produced work spanning painting, sculpture, photography, and film, with international exhibitions that reflect her focus on Abstract Expressionism, classical realism, and cubism. Her main artistic style is Abstract Expressionism, described as "emotional regurgitation," channeling intense personal and societal themes into her art. Rothschild’s recent projects, such as the "Popular Beauty" series, critique beauty ideals as cultural constructs and explore how these standards shape identity and desire in contemporary society. She also engages with performance, music production as an international DJ, authorship, and design, reflecting her diverse interests and leadership role in New York’s creative sector. Rothschild’s influences include Kandinsky, Monet, Matisse, Mondrian, and Picasso, talents she often emulates and reinterprets in her own work. Her creative philosophy centers on daily artistic practice and pushing boundaries of media, representation, and identity, continually formulating and executing new artistic concepts.
