It's interesting to represent a very concrete and realistic situation in an evocative and suggested way. This is the case for this painting which talks about the fight that takes place in a bullfight, the foam of the fighting bull and the blood that flows. I'm not a fan of bullfighting but it's part of the tradition in the southwest of France and Spain. I have only attended one bullfight in my life, it was on horseback and this spectacle, very hard to see, was nevertheless magnificent because of the work with the horses and the bravery of the bulls who came to die in combat.

In 2012 I reconnect with painting ! 50 years have passed. I took care of a husband, a family of 4 children, a professional life, art through contemporary dance and the music that I practiced in a choir and in all that painting point ! No time. Visiting exhibitions, going to museums keeps me in touch with fine arts. And then 2012, I find myself alone brutally. The children are independent, I find personal time, I first go back to watercolor and drawing. I move to Toulouse and my new companion pushes me to enter a workshop. I experiment with various techniques and acrylic meets my expectations: spontaneity, soup, speed, freedom of creation. From then on I work in an emergency. The years occupied by the development of my family do not catch up but those which are before me offer me answers to my thirst for creation and personal expression. Work, work and more work leads me to show my paintings and in 2016 I show timidly. In 2017 a great opportunity offered to me (see below) and I became professional in early 2019. Today I assert myself, my identity is starting to be recognized and I wish to continue the beautiful relationship that I have with an audience sensitive to my universe.
