About The Artwork

aus dem Zyklus "Entropische Welten" from the cycle "Entropic Worlds" Der Begriff Entropie (griechisches Kunstwort: ἐντροπία entropía, aus εν- en- ‚ein-‘, ‚in-‘ und τροπή tropē ‚Wendung‘, ‚Umwandlung‘) hat mehrere Bedeutungen. The term entropy (Greek word art: ἐντροπία Entropia, from εν-en-a-'in-' and τροπή trope, turn ',' conversion ') has several meanings. In the cycle, "Entropic Worlds" I use at the same time the concepts from information theory, mathematics and physics. I design an artwork, slashing it then by random grid into individual components. The original art work is divided into smaller pieces and each newly Painting gained through this process is part of the cycle "Entropic Worlds". This new designed images based on a random variable (mathematics) suffer from a lack of information (information theory) and follow the principle of converting (Physics).
