ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Underwater Medusa was inspired by Greek Mythology, fantasy, literature, and water. Medusa has been vanished to the depths of the sea and now she reigns in a lonely underwater kingdom. I used Blue for the color of Medusa's skin to represent her sadness. I also used the colors of the ocean's underwater creatures on her face and hair to demonstrate she is adapting to her new world.
