ABOUT THE ARTWORK

This is an acrylic and gouache painting on thick Canson Edition paper. The full sheet of paper is 30" x 22" with a 1" white border, with the final image being 28" x 20". This piece is a part of my ongoing series of portrait of women and queer folks in their domestic spaces, calling on both figurative and abstract gestures, leaving space for possibility. My work regularly highlights small moments of daily life and potential futures.
