ABOUT THE ARTWORK
In this painting I wanted to explore movement and the relationship between different kinds of shapes. I didn't have a blueprint when I started but as it progressed the idea started forming in my head and on the canvas. In my practice I explore the relationships between shape and color as some of the greats did, such as Mark Rothko, Frank Stella and Helen Frankenthaler.
