ABOUT THE ARTWORK
"Urban Vibes" by Nicaraguan artist, Duvan Mendoza. Born in Granada, Nicaragua in 1974, Duvan Mendoza spent his childhood as a displaced orphan. He struggled to survive the streets of his native city until his teenage years, when he was introduced to fellow artist, Federico Acevedo. Duvan explored his creative side in order to escape from the harshness of poverty. His paintings convey an abstract style with an impressive range of subtle tones and bold color combinations, many featuring a unique "dragging" technique of paint. Dimensions: 56.0x 56.0 inches. Weight: 3.6. Painting has been rolled into a cylindrical tube. No canvas included.
