I was born in Brasília (Brazil) in 1961 and have always painted and drawn since I was a child. Self-taught by nature, I always look for information about drawing and painting techniques and I enjoyed the artistic productions of other artists in the most diverse times and styles of Universal Artistic History. Son of a pianist, dancer, poet, draftsman and painter mother, I had in my heredity not only a motive, but the natural consanguineous impetus for the arts. My father, a naval officer, bequeathed me his love for the sea and for designing and building boats. I unite the two passions: the plastic arts and shipbuilding, in a single activity: naval modeling; During 18 years of my life I produced, to order, naval models of the highest realism and precision. There were sailboats and boats, historic ships, fictional vessels and restorations that really described all the love and feeling put into the works. In the 1980s, I produced drawings and paintings that were sold, and not documented, except for the last drawing - Fazenda Mineira - dated 1986, when I was already married. From 1984 to 2016, I was able to work in the naval area as a designer of naval structures, an activity in which I was able to support my family and raise my children, having developed, in parallel, many naval scale models. Between 1985 and 1987, I studied architecture and urbanism until the 4th period and was able to learn many subjects related to art, plastics and aesthetics. During the first crisis of shipbuilding in Brazil that began in 1990, after having acquired great experience in the design area, working with projects for warships, oil tankers, nuclear power plant and waste recycling plant, I lost my job. These were periods of a lot of struggle and personal improvement, in which I was able to develop a very spiritual vision about life and the Universe. I had to live on behalf of my wife's relatives, sell homemade cakes and breads on the streets, I had a small artifacts industry for decoration with nautical motifs, I sold drinks on the roads, I did freight for people in shopping malls during the night and school freight by day, I sold organic food along highways and freight on a five-star hotel site. I never lost my good humor and faced all these challenges as A GREAT LEARNING FOR LIFE AND A WAY OF SPIRITUAL STRENGTHENING AND HAPPINESS.
