ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is an abstract watercolor on 140lb Arches paper, 16 x 18.25 in. This is inspired by experimentation, and painting spontaneously. I love color, and especially the color red. Saturation of paper in a vibrant color. The watermarks created and how they can be used. Transparency at the same time. It is why I love the medium of watercolor and its experimental nature, painting. The results can be intentional or a surprise - to control or not control the water and paint.
