This painting is part of a special project for 2023 - 100paintings2023, where I will paint 100 paintings this year as part of this project. The goal of this project is to push my work in unexpected directions and to make the work accessible to new collectors at a lower price than usual. I’m excited to see how they develop and change as the year goes on. I did a similar project in 2016, with 12” x 12” paintings. It was an amazing and challenging experience, and I loved it. My 100paintings project 2023 will include works on paper and panel. They will all be one of two sizes - paintings on panel that are 16” x 12” or paintings on heavyweight watercolor paper that are 20” x 14” each. Works on paper are unframed; works on panel are ready to hang - no framing needed. Signed, titled and labeled on the back. Follow along here or on my Instagram account to see what happens! Feel free to share your thoughts with me on my Instagram account - . Thanks
