Water Lilies II is an original painting, this is still available for sale as well as prints in a variety of different sizes. Water Lilies II is a part of a triptych, but I am open to selling them separately. "Water Lilies II" was obviously followed by "Water Lilies I". The success following the first painting was so ground breaking to me that I had to create another, and then another. I love how the gouache mixed with water reacted on the canvas was it drips down. You can make each drip as opaque or transparent as you'd like. If you can imagine, each one of the Lilies pieces is thousands of drips over one another. This style is unique and especially beautiful up close when you can really look into the piece. How does it make you feel?

I am a 26 year old living in downtown San Diego. I grew up in LA county and went to school at UC Berkeley. I went into college as a collegiate soccer player with hopes of playing professionally. That did not come to fruition, so I began to think about what else I was passionate about, and that answer was art! I was successful in the art program with a lot of features in UC Berkeley's Art Gallery, Kroeber Hall. I had the incredible opportunity to study under great artists like John McNamara, Brody Reiman, Craig Nagasawa, Indira Morre, Randy Hussong, and many more. Once graduating in 2015, I decided to move back down south where I could be warm again and afford my rent :) Since being in San Diego, I leased my own art studio and became a working artist and curator. In 2018, I produced and curated 2 large galas in San Diego's oldest most historical art building, The Brokers Building Gallery. Both galas featured between 10-20 local and international artists. I recently decided to take a leap and become an Art Consultant for National Geographic, this job I did not enjoy so I am working on building as an artist and pushing myself to create consistently again.
