Technical information: Material/medium: Hardboard 2.5 mm. Master Class Oil Paints, St-Petersburg, natural high-quality pigments. Tolls: brush The main image of the painting was taken using a photo scanner Epson v370 with 600dpi density And now a little story: In the fall of 2016, after a rather intense mountain season in the Caucasus (I managed to visit the top of Elbrus eight times as the main guide), I went to the Crimea to paint the sea and nature. I rented a house where I could sit comfortably and where I could dry my paintings. I came to this wild beach to mingle with the sea and took with me paints and two panels. The descent here from the highway is quite difficult, these are steep loose slopes, going down to the water I tried not to think about how I would carry the raw work back up, despite the fact that the wind was blowing at full speed. To be honest, this is a nude beach. The village of Simeiz is famous for its freedom in this respect. Plus, there are very comfortable stones here, you can position yourself so that no one will see you. Well, to be completely honest, this beach and the village are also known for the fact that gay people like to spend their time here. In the Russian-speaking society, there are still some prejudices against sexual minorities, but I am perhaps not so much an artist, how simple I am - a free person, and free from prejudices as well. It was a funny day. Arriving at the place, I did not find anyone there, it was completely deserted. When I paint a picture, I may not pay attention to people, or to what distracts me from the created world inside the picture. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed that a naked couple, a guy with a girl, came to sunbathe on one of those stones in the picture. They dived into the water and laughed. I love it when people laugh. I myself smiled when, after finishing this panel, I found three men around me, within a perimeter of ten meters, they just sunbathed on different stones, separately ... without clothes, of course)) Then I was about to leave, because it would be very difficult to carry two panels. But there was a tower in the sea, the sun was at its zenith, the wave was suitable to smear the sun from edge to edge. I have installed the following panel ... It was fast (continued, under the next painting) Location coordinates: 44.400022, 33.993620

I was born in Belarus, in Minsk. Then I learned to walk. A little later I learned to dive to the depth with one breath. Then I got into the mountains and It became part of my home, as well as the depths of the seas and oceans. I started taking people to the mountains as a guide. I like to share with them the most that I have. Sometimes I teach someone to dive and together we enjoy the depth and beauty of the ocean. Then I learned to fly a paraglider, and the sky also became my home and necessity. Element. Wildlife. People. With whom we manage to share really big steps and dreams. Roads. Countries. Wild landscapes and adventures. I never thought what and how to draw or paint, and whether it is worth it. Since childhood. My art is the result of spontaneous living. This is not an end in itself. This is an irresistible consequence. I just draw and paint how I feel and need it. I don't want to be guided by styles and trends, become hostage to this or that technique or niche. I don’t want to look back at tradition, fashion and praise. I want to always remain honest with myself, people and Nature, the nature of everything. If, having felt and discovered something that shocked and delighted you, you can "keep silent", then don't start painting. But I can't... I use different tools and types of paint and materials. Depends on time, location and availability. I can arrive with a full oil painting backpack and climb high in the mountains or in the sands, or sit in the middle of a stormy sea trying to translate the rumble into color. But in jail, it might just be a pen and pencil. No matter. Oil, watercolor, acrylic, various graphic tools. I think that the main thing is not this, but what has become too much to stay inside you, and what you want to share with other people. And is it there. I consider it magic when it is possible to make the world common like this, at least in the space of the picture. But still, my Queen has always been and is - oil paints. When we once again rise to the top of a large mountain, and I am leading the group, there, behind the clouds, on the summit plateau, I let them go forward, I like to see how they reach that cherished point to which we worked so long and hard. And I think this is a great Victory when in them, in people, then there is something else, besides just a photo from the top. Up there, nothing remains of them, whatever they are. People. All unnecessary - flew away along the way.
