"Window Pane" Painting

My name is Christopher König I studied "culture and media education with a focus on art and music" at the university of education. I have already completed my Bachelor of Arts. I am also active as a freelance artist. I currently live in Karlsruhe, Germany. My artistic concept is to bring music and artistic practice into harmony as a concept of harmony. My media differ in their artistic expression between spatula, brush, ink. Meanwhile, meditation on canvas plays an important role in connection with my newer abstractions. For me, art is always a result between actio and reaction between society and the artist and his subjective view of things. Besides that, I'm on Instagram under the name: christopherkoenig.art and try to convert the concept between musical and artistic inspiration into a media discourse. What I expect from my work is that it should meanwhile achieve a virtous, three-dimensional effect. Most of my previous work was related to various music genres that I have heard and that have accompanied me on my personal journey. I don't cut corners there and listen to music, or rather look for it, like a kind of dictionary. Basically, you can say that I compose musical compositions on the canvas that are supposed to have a meditative effect.Some titles of my works are the same as the albums and songs of my greatest idols. Painting in music therefore merge for the sole purpose of transporting the observer into a parallel reality made of emotions transfered into colours In the meantime I also like to paint in silence, as I said, the type of meditation and the search for oneself is central to me, the finished composition is ultimately the result of internal and external impressions and a non-stop confrontation with the environment.
