Windswept Shores Painting

Inspired by years of leading plein air painters on outdoor painting excursions in the US and Canada, all types of weather and lighting and life's highest and lowest moments informs the nature and feeling of this work. The artist has enjoys leaving her studio to paint in the outdoors, working alone or leading groups of artists on excursions throughout the US and Canada. Her work is informed by the direct experience of weather, lighting, and terrain, but it is the human experience of life's highest and lowest moments which inform the nature and feeling of all works by this artist.
