"Women” painting series begins with the artist placing herself at the center of her artistic productions. The she continues by focusing on the life story of her mother, who was the most important female figure in her life. Concepts such as presence and absence, boundaries and freedom, hesitation and determination, self and other constitute the essence of the works. These concepts integrate both the artist's own subjective experiences and the experiences of the female figures with whom she directly interacts and who are at the center of her life. Sometimes they turns into images by integrating with the stories of other women with whom the artist communicates through empathy.
