About The Artwork
My work comes from my own experiences, as a mixed race woman with both French and Ivorian heritage I explore my cultural background through my artistic voice. I want my work to be an expression of joy and a celebration of diversity. I portrait black people standing proud together to inspire other to do so. I represent Afro-descendants — a united community whose destinies are intertwined. These colorful personalities I paint, present the unified voice of a global community whose hopes, dreams, and desires envision an inclusive future for all.
