ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This was part of a diptych sold separately Yin and Yang. Masculine and Feminine. Peridot, Garnet, Citrine, Hematite and Turquoise gem stones, crystals. I make myself a finishing which doesn't damage the gem stones, it is microporous and let therefore let them breathe. So no varnish and no glue. But the secret in holding remains the secret for now. I'll pass it onto student in the future.

I was born in France and grew up between France, London and Spain (San Sebastian). My mum was an amazing artist painter and from a very young age I was sensitive to art. I create paintings with gem stones using products that leaves the gem breathe. I create a mix with no glue or varnish but instead a porous finish to let the stones breathe, this finishing protects both the painting and the stones. I create pieces that aim to empower the soul in a cocooning, peaceful and fun way. I am a certified Yoga Alliance Yoga teacher in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow before I travelled around the world for 20 years with my previous jobs. I always wanted to paint and incorporate gem stones (crystals) in my paintings however it took me years to find the right friendly finishing.
