The Aesthetics of Wars craft often ignite more passion for form than purpose. In a historical context we wax lyrical for a sword that was so elegantly held aloft. I will always remember the day in Abbotsford many years ago. A pair of F101 voodoo’s flew only a few hundred feet overhead in afterburner before pulling nose high as I was bathed in their sonic wake.
