Through my whole professional carrier I painted both large figurative and abstract work. For me the subject on a canvas or wall is of less importance than the act of painting in itself ,I like the variation. Its both about Composition, Color and the the Physical painting. I can be more "raw" and use more texture with the abstracts then with the figurative subjects, I enjoy both.
