The painting of this picture made me thinking of how close figuration and abstraction actually are. In my opinion these two perceptions are not in opposite relation. They are rather a symbiosis of both, because in every figuration exists a certain abstraction and reverse. This separation is probably more a question of traditional classification and visual custom.
