This work was inspired by He Duoling's The Crow Is Beautiful, but with a more contemporary approach. As with all my artwork, the viewer is inspired to tell their own story. The crow can depict both death and freedom and the woman, although her sight is obscured is not unseeing. The title also holds a few clues as to the meaning of the work
