I paint feet. Not because I have a fetish (though who’s judging?), but because they’re fascinating. Feet are everything: grounding, moving, connecting, and often completely ignored. They carry the weight of our lives- literally- and yet, they rarely get the spotlight. Well, not anymore. Working by the ocean in Costa da Caparica, I’m surrounded by movement - waves, surfers, the ebb and flow of tides - and that energy seeps into my work. My synesthesia plays a big role too. I don’t just see feet; I feel their colors, their textures, their stories. My paintings are a mix of humor, honesty, and a little bit of rebellion. Because let’s be real - feet are weird, and that’s exactly why I love them. I hold a Master’s degree in Art, earned in 2019, and my work has been exhibited in Berlin, Lisbon, Bonn, Seoul, and Maastricht.
