My experience as a swimmer led me to observe the beauty of the effects of light in the water, how the shapes are distorted and mix causing an abstract element with the concrete form. I started experimenting in painting to represent these effects and i like the result. The water is very significant to me and I think the work of the artist should have important meanings of life and the artist experiences. Water is matter that fills the space between me and the possibility of the infinite. In the water it is quiet, nothing in a hurry: the animals move at a steady pace, corals move in obedience to flow. In the water there reveres and harmonic compensation. In the water my strength is weak. Since then i began a relentless research on color, texture and movement of water, bringing it into the canvas, always harmonize with the movement of people, which in the water has slight movements, it is as if we were moving in slow motion all our movements are smooth as a soft dance. The style that inspires me to these paintings is the Impressionism.
