RINO BIANCHI was born in Anagni (Lazio, Italy) in 1965. Documentary photographer and photo-novelist, studied at the Institute of Journalism and Audiovisual Techniques in Rome. Professional photojournalist since 1989, his work is focused on social, humanitarian and cultural, with particular reference to Italy and Europe. He is currently represented by Rosebud2 and Writer Pictures. He published Piombo e carta -Storie dell'assedio di Sarajevo-, Annalisa Cima, Made in Mompeo with the poet Richard Duranti, Luigi Protopapa la pelle l'arte il gesto with the poet Lidia Riviello, Roma negata -Percorsi postcoloniali nella città- with the writer Igiaba Scego. His photographs appear in the main newspapers and magazines, both Italian and international such La Stampa, Corriere della Sera, La Repubblica, Il Venerdì, Io Donna, D La Repubblica delle Donne, L'Espresso, Famiglia Cristiana, L'Internazionale, Tu Style, Der Spiegel, Stern, Tiempo, El Pais, El Mundo, New York Times. Has held solo and group exhibitions in Rome, Florence, Milan, Naples, L'Aquila
