ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I took this photograph in São Bento Beach, near Maragogi, in Alagoas, Brazil. It is a very beautiful place, because in addition to the beauty of the sea, it is also the mouth of a river. I chose to photograph the bank of the river qIt was brighter by the sun, where we can see many coconut trees and typical mangrove vegetation. For nature lovers, especially beaches, this is an excellent option.

Martiniano Ferraz is a Brazilian artist who lives in Recife, Pernambuco. It was during holiday trips, while still working as an architect, that he was charmed by photography. Nature, architecture and the urban are the themes he usually photographed. From 2020, while isolated in his home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Martiniano Ferraz began to produce also geometric and abstract digital arts, where it is common to have vibrant colors and three-dimensional effects. One of its greatest sources of inspiration, in the use of color, is the art produced by the Brazilian artist Beatriz Milhazes.
