ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I took this photograph from Vila Nova de Gaia, which is on the opposite bank of the Douro River, from where you have a beautiful view of Porto, Portugal. When I saw the old buildings between the immense metal structure of the Dom Luís I Bridge, I had no doubt that it was a good time to photograph. So I studied the best framing of the image and here's my artwork available for sale.

Martiniano Ferraz is a Brazilian artist who lives in Recife, Pernambuco. It was during holiday trips, while still working as an architect, that he was charmed by photography. Nature, architecture and the urban are the themes he usually photographed. From 2020, while isolated in his home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Martiniano Ferraz began to produce also geometric and abstract digital arts, where it is common to have vibrant colors and three-dimensional effects. One of its greatest sources of inspiration, in the use of color, is the art produced by the Brazilian artist Beatriz Milhazes.
