This photograph captures the wonders of a dark night and will make a wonderful subject on any wall in any room. This picture was taken at the Dark Sky Sanctuary of Elqui Valley in Chile. Elqui Valley is situated between the Andes and the Pacific coast. During the day, you will find the bluest sky as the high mountain range blocks off all clouds and humidity. At night, you will find freckle-like stars shinning brighter than ever. This is a beautifully printed photograph hand-made by the artist from end to end. This print is also of museum archival quality and will last a lifetime when cared for properly. I create fine art photography that frequently reassembles paintings. My artistic views are often expressed through an uncomplicated composition and a distinct color palette. One of my favorite camera to work with is a vintage all-mechanical film camera from the '60s. Without light meters, batteries, computer chips and other modern technology, I find that subjects are often captured in a raw, nostalgic, yet honest manner that I'm unable to capture through a digital camera. I currently reside in New York City but most of my work were shot while traveling and backpacking.
