Figure - Limited Edition of 9 Photograph

I like to focus on small details which often reveal an impressionistic story in the background--so the background becomes more fascinating than the details. In this case, I focused on graffiti scratched into the plastic surface of a bus stop shelter. But what fascinated me more was the color of the wall beyond, and the solitary figure leaning against it, waiting for the bus. The figure is the untold story. What do you want it to be? Printed on archival cotton rag paper, matte finish. I am fascinated with how a print relates to the paper upon which it's printed, so borders are usually more imaginative. In this case, there is a deeper top border, as seen in a framed version. I also prefer to float my images, treating them much like a watercolor or woodblock print, for deeper texture and movement.
