Gianna Carrano Sune' lives and works between Milan and Barcelona. Artist photographer, writer and online journalist. She works on the subject of balance and its precariousness and about the complex interplay of opposites, about the ambiguity in the identity of the positions. All the photographs are black and white, alternating shadows and sudden and violent glows. The light cuts like a saber her bodies that seem to express and somatize various moods. Space is often interrupted with the only colored note of the red thread, a rope, a door, representing a limit and a border in front of an unknown dimension with a world-known on the one hand and on the other an unknown territory... and in the middle the need to go beyond getting stronger, the need to seek new opportunities to explore, to move and to act.
