Marina City and Wrigley Building from Raised Drawbridge - Limited Edition of 50 Photograph

This image of the Marina City and The Wrigley Building is part of a fine art documentary photography project that took place in the year 2000 in the heart of the Chicago Loop. By mounting a medium format film camera to a bridge prior to being raised, unique and never before scenes of Chicago Architecture and the Chicago River have been captured on color transparency film. Home to 52 movable bridges, 27 bridges straight through the Chicago business district raised in the spring and fall allowing sailboat owners to navigate their tall ships through the Chicago River towards Lake Michigan. An original 6x6 color transparency has been scanned and reproduced on archivally stable paper.
