Back in New York for the Spring, I took my camera to Central Park on Sunday Morning and took several shots of people in the was early and there was quite a chill in the air! I find this side of the park very inspiring , with the tall buildings becoming an almost ominous back drop to the goings on in the Park.I liked the people silhouetted against the backdrop while climbing the rock. This black and white photograph is part of a new series of photos taken in New York and they are limited editions of 10 to be printed on paper,260g/m2, 10 mil, bright white finish with a smooth unstructured, un-textured surface signed and numbered on the front on a 5 cm white border. They will be sent in a tube with a certificate of Authenticity.

. My recent paintings and photographs of Parisian, Veinnese and New York everyday life are inspired by the many summers and winters we have lived in the cities. I truly believe thet art is the highest form of hope. Jo Tuck's works are in private collections around the world and regularly participates in shows in New York, Caelum Gallery, and London. , including Christie's Cancer benefit show and the RA Summer shows Her background is film editing until she became a full-time painter and photographer. While she was at college she made two 16mm short films, one on the Australian Aboriginal Women and another on Sheep farming in Wales. After film editing for the BBC and feature films I took up painting and photography full time. My photojournalism is inspired by Henri Cartier-Bresson, Walker Evans, Eugene Atget, and Robert Frank .
