About The Artwork
Known as a typewriter artist, and my first job after graduating college at the daily newspaper, I love the film, "Citizen Kane." So I photographed Orson Welles actual typewriter that he autographed. Collaged an abstract poster and page from the script that he wrote. It's about politics, power, information and control - and still relevant! It reminds us that this has been going on forever. I start by taking a photograph, digitally collage, archival print, paint and frame shadow box style with plexiglass and wood.
