ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The choice of angle was of paramount importance for the realization of this photograph, because the beautiful metallic structure of this bridge needed to be shown and valued. So I chose to move to the right side, leaving the bridge and the buildings on the left, so I could show the bridge and still highlight the perspective of the image. The right side, more empty, balanced the composition. I imagine that this photograph will win over lovers of Paris.

Martiniano Ferraz is a Brazilian artist who lives in Recife, Pernambuco. It was during holiday trips, while still working as an architect, that he was charmed by photography. Nature, architecture and the urban are the themes he usually photographed. From 2020, while isolated in his home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Martiniano Ferraz began to produce also geometric and abstract digital arts, where it is common to have vibrant colors and three-dimensional effects. One of its greatest sources of inspiration, in the use of color, is the art produced by the Brazilian artist Beatriz Milhazes.
