Prairie Dwelling 1 (Limited Edition Archival Pigment Print from original monoprint) Photograph

These are unique black&white photographic prints that have no added color. All form and color is developed on the individual print using fogging and select toners such as gold chloride and selenium. My original photographic monoprints are collected worldwide by museums and collectors and I have had over 80 exhibitions internationally. These artworks are archival pigment prints made by myself and are available in small limited editions. Original monoprint may be sold or not be available. All works are mounted and over matted on 4 ply archival board. These works are from a series entitled Consumed Structures and represent the feeling of the landscape they were taken in. Many of these are from the American Prairie lands but others are from the New England countryside. "Art is seeing what you haven't felt before". They are made when the unseen becomes manifest, the unspoken is articulated and confusion yields to utter clarity. Many of my pictures have been used for book covers and my most recent book, Casting Deep Shade, a collaboration with renowned poet,C.D.Wright is available at bookstores. The archival pigment print is in a limited edition of 15 in this size.
