Running Wild Photograph - Limited Edition of 250

Being Indigenous and growing up on a Native American reservation, wild horses have always fascinated me. Witnessing the beauty and fierceness of these wild horses is truly a delight. Some demand respect, while others follow along. I would turn my back to them and stick out my hand, and some of them would walk up to me, which is very rare. After some time, one will nudge me with its nose. A sense of excitement flows through me. It is an honor for me to connect with these phenomenal creatures in their way and time. With each photograph, I am honoring these exceptional creatures and their way of life, as well as the Akimel O’Odham, my Native American heritage, culture, and traditions. As a veteran, I have had the privilege to travel to many different places and experience many things. Photography is my passion and being able to capture the wonders of life in every aspect is wonderful. Horses are fascinating animals. Seeing their world through my lens is captivating. I hope you feel the exuberance of these horses and their lives.
