About The Artwork
The promenade on Whitby pier is the perfect place to take in the North Sea coast of Northern England. The images of people taking a leisurely stroll on the promenade were taken on a clear but cold April day, using time lapse photography. The same photograph from the exact same position was repeatedly taken over a period of an hour. I have very much enjoyed constructing the artwork, which reflect the moments of enjoyment of those walking on the promenade. This artwork will be printed on Giclée Fine Art paper. This professional grade High White Smooth 315gsm is 100% cotton and pH neutral, fine art paper with a smooth surface. A white base and state of the art ink-receiving layer, delivers a high D-MAX and wide colour gamut. This paper is highly recommended for Gicleé printing.
