ABOUT THE ARTWORK

The photo is a reminder of the importance of the Ganges River to the people of Varanasi. The river is sacred to Hindus, and it is believed to have the power to cleanse one's sins. The photo also captures the beauty of Varanasi, a city that is steeped in history and tradition. The photo is a work of fine art photography, capturing a moment of beauty in time. The photographer has used a wide angle lens to capture the vastness of the river and the sky. The use of color is particularly striking, with the red river and the pink sky creating a stunning contrast.
