Waving the stars and stripes Photograph - Limited Edition of 10

The American flag with its iconic red, white, and blue colors has always been a popular subject for artists. This photograph is one of my image reconstructions. I take many photographs of the same subject and sort through them later to select several that can be assembled into a new, somewhat abstract, composition that shows the subject from different angles over a period of time. I sometimes think of my image style as “Photo-Cubism”, a technique of illustrating space volumetrically by moving through it to reveal alternate views of the same scene on one flat surface.
