I took this photograph at the Pena Palace in Sintra, Portugal. What motivated me to photograph this window was the beauty of the wall azulejos, with geometric motifs. In addition, the style of the window arch, with Moorish inspiration and the rope-like detail at the top, complete the beauty of the set. This photograph is likely to pique the interest of many collectors, who are passionate about architecture.

Martiniano Ferraz is a Brazilian artist who lives in Recife, Pernambuco. It was during holiday trips, while still working as an architect, that he was charmed by photography. Nature, architecture and the urban are the themes he usually photographed. From 2020, while isolated in his home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Martiniano Ferraz began to produce also geometric and abstract digital arts, where it is common to have vibrant colors and three-dimensional effects. One of its greatest sources of inspiration, in the use of color, is the art produced by the Brazilian artist Beatriz Milhazes.
