Eastbound Again. 15 colour screen print on 300gsm Somerset Satin. Edition of 75. 2017. . The Barbican is one of my favourite developments in London and after my first print of it sold out, it is high time for another look at this brutalist icon. The view of the Barbican is from the platform of Barbican tube station, the base image is a composite of 6 different shots. I chose all the people who were facing into the image. I wanted you the viewer to be drawn into the scene to feel like you're on the platform, watching a train go by and then casting your eyes up the 2 towers of the Barbican centre.
