Elvis Presley - Yesterday when I was young Hello there! You can see an artwork from the series: "Yesterday when I was young" by Dutch artist Jacques Offenbach. Jacques makes a one line drawing of a youth photo. One line, one moment, one person, one life. The most important moments in life can be found in photos, objects and handwriting - in an abstract way - in the work. Everyone has had a colorful life in a different way. What color and what life is visible when you incorporate the artwork. Nice to give as a gift or to keep for yourself :) I also create personalized artworks. Ask me about the possibilities. - Material The work is professionally printed on nice sturdy (300 grams), eco-friendly paper. Warm (off-white) white paper with a clear linen structure, this is also visible through the print. Surface also feels very rough but soft due to the relief. Old Dutch / Dutch paper. (Museum quality paper) Format A3, 297 x 420 mm / 11.7 x 16.5 inches Multiple sizes possible in consultation. - Frame NOT included The package is first wrapped with shrink-wrapped foil and then tightly packed in a sealed cardboard package. The documents are not visible on the outside. - including certificate of authenticity

Jacques Offenbach (1980) begins as every child drawing and painting and continues to do so, during the graphical school. Like his grandfather, Pieter van den Hurk, who also painted and worked with different artistic disciplines, he continues to experiment with different materials and combines them more and more. The Jewish family background puts him on a quest for his origins and inspires darker work. One of the works he makes in that time has become a personal symbol, and gets on each painting one place. For example, the roots are always present.
