Zattere Mooring, Venice - Limited Edition of 300 Print

Venice has always held a special meaning for me. I went for a stroll after sunset and saw this beautiful scene. I had to capture it. I then turned my sketch into this fine art etching and aquatint print. Looking at the sailboat moored at the Zattere, and across to the lit churches on the Guidecca under the stars transports me back to Venice. This is a fine art etching and aquatint print, hand drawn onto copper plates. It is a limited edition and hand-printed onto high-quality cotton rag paper. Because each individual print is hand printed by me from hand inked copper plates, there are very minor variations between each individual print. This makes them all individual works of art. The image size is just under 8 inches by 10 inches, but the paper size is larger. Each print is individually numbered and signed by the artist.
