ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is one of Marko's unique hand-carved Sycamore Seed series sculptures in Agata Alabaster from Volterra in Italy. It has a polished black Marble base from Kilkenny in Ireland. Marko is inspired by nature as has carved his series in limestones, alabasters and some cast in Bronze. His largest private commission to date was for a scaled up version of a limestone version cast as a 240cm Bronze garden sculpture.
